I just tried your product "Smoked Rainbow Trout" for the first time and had it with saltine crackers. When I took the first bite I couldn't get the next piece on a cracker quick enough. I have never been more impressed with a flavor come from a tin. I already had my extra virgin olive oil pulled from the cabinet and when I opened the can and placed it in my serving dish I realized I didn't need mine. The olive oil in the tin already looked of high quality. I have never seen this in a tin of sardines and have always drained and used my own olive oil. I also have a tin of your mussels in the cabinet that I purchased at the time as the trout and I look so forward to trying those tomorrow. You won over a welcomed customer from this point on and I thank you for the quality of your product.
Sincerely,
John
I made poke bowls out of the trout. I combined both the trout with the lemon and cracked black pepper and the trout in olive oil. They came out so good. They are quick, easy-peasy and delicious. You can find this recipe and many more on my website, " A Jeanne in the Kitchen" https://ajeanneinthekitchen.com/2025/07/30/trout-poke-bowl/
I made yet another delicious seafood creation, this time using the Smoked Mussels, mixed with shrimp. I made mussels & Shrimp Marinara. If you like my recipes, you can always find them on my blog, "A Jeanne in the Kitchen". https://ajeanneinthekitchen.com/2025/07/07/mussels-and-shrimp-marinara/
It was another hot, hot, hot day, and a cool refreshing salad was in order. I made a delicious salmon salad using my Patagonian smoked salmon. It is on my food blog, ajeanneinthekitchen.com, but I will give you the recipe here too.

This is super tasty and a perfect high protein, no carb snack. Great for my body and brain, which when it gets enough good fats quells hunger and cravings.
Recently I made some smoked trout cakes, very similar in style as Maryland crab cakes, though with different flavors. They were DELICIOUS. I have food blog, ajeanneinthkitchen.com and I posted the recipe on there as well. https://ajeanneinthekitchen.com/2025/06/24/chicken-topped-with-red-pepper-coulis-and-trout-cakes/
So Unbelievably Good!
Bought this a while back as an alternative to tuna and sardines (Which I no longer eat), but kept stealing in having it because I wasn't sure how it would taste. Buttery smooth, just the right amount of smokiness and sweet notes. I'm buying more.
Discovered this at Walmart.
3.98 per can. Wow, what a snack.
I spread some seasoned cream cheese on a wasa cracker ,thin sliced tomato and topped with smoked trout. I saved extra oil for a salad and/or my dog’s food.
Very nice product .
