Ingredients
1 can of Cole’s Smoked Trout with Lemon & Cracked Pepper
2 slices of rustic bread
½ cup of roasted red peppers, sliced
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 garlic clove
Fresh herbs for garnish
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Toast the bread until lightly golden and crisp.
2. Rub a garlic clove over the toasted surface and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Top with roasted red pepper slices.
4. Add the flaked Cole’s smoked trout on top.
5. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with fresh herbs.
6. Serve immediately.
