Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Cole's Patagonian Smoked Salmon in Olive Oil
  • Rice cakes or dark bread.
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream or cream cheese.
  • Chopped chives.

 

Directions

Flake the salmon over the rice cakes or dark bread. Add a small amount of sour cream or cream cheese on each serving. Garnish with chopped chives.
