SEAFOOD SLIDER

Ingredients:

- 3 Tins of Cole’s Smoked Salmon in Olive Oil

- 1/4 Cup of Breadcrumbs or Panko

- 2 Eggs

- Choice of Seasonings (we recommend a little pepper, garlic powder & parsley)

- 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil

- Small Dinner Rolls

- Lettuce

- Sliced Tomato

Directions:  

In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs & seasonings. Then form 6 to 8 sliders. Heat the olive oil in a large pan, over medium heat. Sauté each slider for 4 - 5 minutes per a side. Remove from pan & add the sliders, lettuce & tomatoes to the dinner rolls. Enjoy!
