They are all delish but you just don’t get much in the already small tin. The smoked trout is super clean and yummy but some tins can be a tad mushy. The smoked salmon in olive oil is the best tinned smoked salmon I’ve tried, and I’ve tried ALOT. We even did a side by side taste comparison to 4 other brands at the same time. Cole’s was the cleanest and freshest tasting and had a perfect balance of salt, not too much. I also tried the smoked salmon in water. It’s not quite as amazing as the one in olive oil but still good. It does need to be thoroughly drained though because it’s a little watery. The smoked mussels are small but tasty. Again, super clean and just right on the salt level. I will definitely be buying more from Cole’s.
