Ingredients:
- 6 oz Chopped Clams
- 4 large cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
- 1/3 cup Red onion
- 1/4 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 lb Pizza dough, prepared
- 3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
Directions:
Move oven rack to the lowest position. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Coat a large, rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about the size of the baking sheet. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet. Bake until puffed and lightly crisped on the bottom, approx. 9 minutes. Meanwhile, combine garlic, oil and pepper in a small bowl. When the crust is done, spread the garlic mixture over it. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan. Then place the clams and onion evenly over the cheese. Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted, approx 9 minutes. Serve hot.
