Ingredients:
- 1 Jar of Cole’s Wild Caught Premium Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil with Fennel
- 2/3 Cup Canned Cannellini Beans, rinsed & drained
- 1/4 Cup Raisins
- 1/4 Cup Torn Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley
- Zest of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/8 Tsp Course Salt Ground Pepper
Directions:
Mix together the tuna, beans, raisins, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt. Season with pepper.
