Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 avocado
- 2 small red chili peppers
- handful of pepita seeds
- 6 oz. of queso fresco
- 1 pouch of Coles Wild Albacore Tuna
- Package of soft corn or flout tortillas
Directions:
Dice the chili pepper and the avocado. Rip the leaves off the cilantro. Open the pouch of Coles Wild Albacore Tuna. Assemble tacos. Avocado, chili pepper, tuna, cilantro, queso fresco, and pepita seeds. Makes 6 tacos.
