SEAFOOD SALAD

Ingredients:

2 tins of Cole’s Snow Crab, drained

1 Romaine Lettuce Heart, cut lengthwise in half then crosswise

3 Hard Boiled Eggs, cut into wedges

1 Large Roma Tomato, sliced

1 Large Avocado, chopped

For Dressing:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup 

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne

1/2 teaspoon table salt

Directions:

Arrange bed of lettuce on two salad plates, then top with crab, egg, tomato, and avocado. In a separate bow, combine all the dressing ingredients until smooth, then drizzle over salads & serve!
